Homero, with Nova Roofing, came out to my property to inspect some wind damage to my shop roof. Homero was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me understand what needed to be done to repair my roof. Homero even took samples from the damaged roof to ensure the best possible color match for the new roof and gable ends. Even when there were some minor unexpected delays on materials, Homero let me know in advance and worked with me to reschedule. Homero was great at communicating with me throughout the entire repair process. The Nova Roofing team that performed the repairs were friendly, they were fast, and they did high quality work. I will definitely call Nova Roofing for my next roof repair or installation.

Novo roofing, completed the job as described. On time, reliable and very communicative. Despite a wind and rain storm that hit while finishing up the roof, they completed the job in one day. Highly recommend them for any roofing job that I will ever need. Roof looks amazing.

Nova did a fantastic job putting a roof and sides on a piece of junk carport I bought at an auction. When you see it now, it doesn’t look like a piece of junk. They did a great job. Great bunch of people highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nova roofing company. Our roof was damaged during a major windstorm, and from beginning to end, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did they do an excellent job replacing our roof, but they also helped guide us through the entire insurance process. They helped us understand what was needed, communicated throughout the process, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate.

The quality of their work was excellent and the final results of the roof are beautiful and high-quality. I was equally impressed by the communication and management of the entire project. We were kept informed, questions were answered, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy with the outcome.

Homer, the owner, was especially impressive. He demonstrated exceptional critical-thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. When a challenge arose, he listened, communicated openly, and focused on finding a fair and effective solution. He handled things with professionalism and accountability rather than becoming defensive or dismissive, which says a great deal about his character and the way he runs his company. Homer is a person of high integrity, empathy and intelligence. He is also extremely knowledgeable about this industry, and you are in good hands to trust his direction.

From helping us navigate the insurance claim after the windstorm to managing the project and ultimately delivering a beautiful new roof, they exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with storm damage or simply looking for a roofing company that provides excellent workmanship, outstanding communication, and genuinely exceptional customer service. Five stars without hesitation!
